Chiropractor: Dr. Mario Doria, DC
Owner and Chiropractor Physician
Dr. Mario Doria currently practices as a Chiropractic Physician and owner at Embrace Wellness Chiropractic Center in Keizer, Oregon.
Dr. Doria was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He graduated from the University of Oregon, with a Bachelor of Science focused in Biology. He then went to the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, where he graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and a Bachelor of Science focused in Human Biology. After graduating, he remained in Portland, where he worked as an Associate Physician and Clinical Director at the Health and Wellness Chiropractic Center, where he worked for 5 years, caring for patients of all ages.
Dr. Doria immigrated to the United States in 1990, completed high school in Pahoa, Hawaii. While in high school, he was awarded the Mycology Award at the Hawaii State Science Fair. Dr. Doria was also awarded a full scholarship at the University of Oregon.
During his time as a clinical director, his passion for chiropractic, naturally led him to specialize in the care of motor vehicle collision and work injuries through conservative care and evidenced based practices. He works in collaboration of care with other medical doctors and specialty including orthopedic surgeons and neurologists for treatments of injuries that patients are significantly affected by.
Living in the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Doria loves being outdoors, and he loves hiking and kayaking. He also loves traveling, spending time with his friends and family and playing with his dog name Bailey. His approach to life is: Live with gratitude, don’t give up and put love in action.
Licensed AcupuncturistByung Cho
Byung Cho, L.Ac graduated with a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine degree at the South Baylor University 2006. He opened his first acupuncture practice in Corona, California in 2007. Life circumstances brought him to Portland, Oregon three years later. He started practice in Forest Grove in 2010, and move to Hillsboro in 2013. He also had second office in Portland, and now move and joined with Embrace Wellness Chiropractic Center in Tigard, Oregon. He is a specialist in the treatment of pain and injury. He uses acupuncture and Tui-Na manual therapy to safely and effectively get his patients out of pain and back to health. And also he has gained deep experience in treating depression, addiction, gynecological disorder, infertility, respiratory conditions, digestive ailment, chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. He is paneled with most major health insurances carriers. When not working he enjoys camping, traveling with his family and playing golf on weekend.
Licensed Massage Therapist Skyler Knight
My name is Skyler and I am the Massage Therapist at Embrace Wellness Chiropractic Center in Keizer, Oregon. I first received my license for massage in 2014 after completing my education with the University of Western States here in Salem where I was born and raised. After gaining a few years of experience and working with so many different clients and their individual aches and pains, I was eager to put my knowledge to the test to help those with accident and sports-related injuries. I enjoy working with a diverse group of patients, each with their unique needs and paths to recovery. Massage is a much needed complement to chiropractic care and all forms of complementary medicine. Outside of Massage, I enjoy time with my husband Isaiah watching the Dodgers play, working on pitches out on the baseball field, and exploring our beautiful State of Oregon! We make plenty of trips to the beach and the mountains and even checking out old forgotten ghost towns. I also enjoy watercolor painting, planting succulents, and collecting books for our growing library.
Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist Graciela
Graciela is a Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist born in Mexico and raised in
the state of Washington. Now, she lives with her family in Keizer, Oregon. She
obtained in AA degree in Business Technology and certificate in Social Work.
She is also fluent in English and Spanish. She enjoys hiking, walking, dancing,
music, water parks and specially volunteering at her Church. Best time ever is
enjoying great moments with her family.
Chiropractic Assistant/Medical Billing Ruby
Ruby is a Chiropractic Assistant/Medical Billing. She lives in Keizer Oregon with
her family. She attended Chemeketa Community College. She is also fluent in
English and Spanish, and she also worked as a Professional Interpreter for the
Spanish-speaking community. On her spare time, she loves volunteering at the
Salem Free clinic and in the community. She also loves spending time with her
family, taking trips to the coast and walking on the beach.
